2024 Event Options:
2024 ADD ON PACKAGES
Food Truck Bookings $250
- Booking fee for Food & Dessert trucks
- Does not include any Minimum Guarantees the trucks may have
Raffle / Giveaways $500
- HelloNabr will work with local businesses to provide giveaways
- Focus on local companies to support local businesses
- Raffles to be held during the event
- Minimum of 60 days notice is required
Cook Offs / Bake Offs $500
- Choose from Chili, Salsa and/or Dessert contests
- HelloNabr will manage sign-ups and provide contest setup
- $300 Cash Prize for winners
- Direct advertising focused on promoting contest
Adult Backyard Olympiks $1,250
- Four "Backyard, Drink in Hand" HelloNabr created games
- Team games meant for all to play and promote connection
- Residents compete against each other in teams of two
- Two options for team selection
- Residents can register with a partner prior to the event
- HelloNabr can assign teams at the event
- Prizes awarded to event winners
Outside Vendors
- HelloNabr utilizes an extensive list of outside vendors
- HelloNabr will handle all bookings and management of vendors
- Vendor pricing is a variable rate and pricing is determined on a per event basis
