Bakyard Olympiks, April 22, 2018

Recap

Sunday was a beautiful day, the amazing weather set a perfect tone for the Barker Ranch residents to hang out and socialize- approximately 75-100 people showed up. The Bakyard Olympiks had some great participation by adults and kids.

The kids teamed up into nine groups to play their round of games- the winning team in each event received prizes. The adult's division had 10 teams that competed. Captain Cascade took home the win in the Chuckin' Chicken; Deb and Aleita won the Kick Bowl challenge with 9 cones; Gizi and Fahd got 1st in Bounce in tha bucket, and Patty and Noel won in the Saucer Tosser. The top three teams in each event qualified for the City Wide Finals at Buck's Backyard on May 20th! More information to come.

Who Wants 2nds? set up and served some delicious sandwiches and quesadillas to the Nabrs. They even surprised us with some homemade chocolate cookies. Yum! Don't forget to go follow them on their new social media sites- Facebook and Instagram.

Our business partners, Ryan Johnston with farmers insurance helped serve the free microbrew tasting while Renewal by Anderson had free face painting for the kiddos.

Do Good. Be Happy. And say Hello to your Nabr. 🙂
