July 4th Celebration, Saturday, July 2nd, 2022

Recap

Over 150 residents came out on a sunny Saturday morning to celebrate the July 4th holiday. It was a wonderful event that began with a parade and ended with everyone gathering to partake in fun family activities, connect with their Nabrs and enjoy the long holiday weekend!

The festivities kicked off with a parade, led by fire trucks, through the Bauerle Ranch NabrHood with residents representing the stars and stripes. Not only were people wearing patriotic items but they also decked out their bikes and wagons in red, white and blue. The route ended at The BRAC where patriotic music was playing and more fun awaited everyone.

The event’s guests of honor were firefighters from the local fire department who gave tours of their fire engine, held a meet and greet with residents and took pictures with the kiddos. Afterwards, both kids and adults took part in fun (and messy!) watermelon and pie eating contests while Nabrs cheered them on. A big thank you to the HOA for serving up tasty breakfast tacos for all to enjoy and to Renewal by Andersen for providing refreshing local Waterloo water. We truly appreciate everyone in the NabrHood who came out to make this event so much fun!

We look forward to seeing you on Thursday, July 21st for a Summer Concert, until then….

Do Good. Be Happy. And say Hello to your Nabr. 🙂
