Fall Fest, November 4, 2018

Recap

Over 75 residents enjoyed a relaxing afternoon catching up with their Nabrs, listening to great music and having a fun time at Sunday’s Fall Fest. There were also some special guests in attendance, the local fire department!

Residents had a chance to connect with their local fire fighters and learn about all the wonderful services they provide the community. The fire department also brought their big red fire engine which was a treat for the kiddos, as they got to climb aboard and feel like a real fire fighter for the day! As if that weren’t enough fun, there was also a bounce house to jump around in, a face painter to transform faces into works of art and games of soccer being played in the still very green grass.

Residents also had the chance to connect with each other around tables set up in the park where they enjoyed piping hot pizza provided by Lauren Bean with the HOA. To quench people's thirst, there were tasty free NXNW brews and refreshing Waterloo Sparking Water to enjoy. Thank you to Ryan with Farmer’s Insurance for providing koozies to keep everyone's drinks chilled!

With The Chris Castaneda Project playing their signature rock music, it was a great time to kick back and relax at the end of the weekend. We hope to see everyone at future NabrHood events, until then…..

Do Good. Be Happy. And say Hello to your Nabr. 🙂
