Holiday Parade - Sunday, December 13th

Recap

Even though Sunday morning brought with it blustery winds and a thick fog, it didn’t stop residents from taking part in fun holiday festivities. Families gathered in their driveways and front yards to watch Santa’s Christmas Parade spread cheer as it made its way through Bunton Creek.

Santa and his friend, Cuddle Bear, flew in from the North Pole to say hello to Nabrs, bringing joy to those both young and old! In a socially distanced fashion, families were able to take pictures with Santa and let him know what they hoped for under the tree this year. The Chris Alcaraz Trio, which included a saxophonist, stand up bassist and guitarist, played holiday favorites while Leo the dancing elf followed along in his convertible stopping along the way to dance for the crowd. He even got the residents to show off some of their dance moves! The fun kept rolling as Santa’s elves handed out Christmas cakes and candy canes with residents creating their own pop up parties on the corner of their streets.

Thank you to everyone who took part in the fun, the holiday spirit was definitely in the air. We look forward to seeing everyone in the New Year, until then….

Do Good. Be Happy. And say Hello to your Nabr. 🙂
