Boo Bash, October 28, 2019

Over 650 residents gathered at the community center on a boo-tiful Monday evening for Boo Bash. Nabrs got in the Halloween spirit by enjoying fun games, tasty food and great company. To set the tone for a spook-tacular time there was a fog machine, Halloween music, and spooky décor not to mention a number of ghosts and goblins floating around!

There was no shortage of activities for residents to take part in, from carnival style games to a costume parade and even a dance party; there was something for everyone. A big thank you to all of our business partners that hosted fun games and handed out yummy candy!  The costume parade was full of creative, scary and fun costumes including Spiderman, Mary Poppins, superheroes, dinosaurs and much more! Leo had everyone on their feet for a Thriller Dance-A-Long with Nabrs showing off their impressive dance moves.

Following the parade, the Veritas cheerleaders put on a performance that got the crowd hyped and passed out blue footballs for the kiddos. For those who worked up an appetite, there were plenty of tasty food options to indulge in including delicious sandwiches, hot dogs and ice cream with adults enjoying a refreshing microbrew tasting courtesy of Family Business Beer Co. The night concluded with the Mr. Bones scavenger hunt where residents searched the event for bones in exchange for candy at the HelloNabr booth.
