July Food Truck Night, July 12, 2019

On a warm and sunny Friday evening, hundreds of residents came out to take part in July’s Food Truck Night. It was a night full of fun, food and friends!

There were delicious food trucks on hand including tasty tacos by Juana Taco, deliciously gooey grilled cheese sandwiches by Emojis Grilled Cheese and savory BBQ by Red, White and QUE. For dessert, Tropical Snow served up flavorful snow cones and Gold Star Kettle Corn offered sweet and salty popcorn. Adults enjoyed a free tasting of refreshing microbrews courtesy of Two Wheel Brewing. Residents could be found on blankets, chairs and even under tents enjoying all the scrumptious food options!

With hot summer hits being spun by D Jammer, kids took part in a variety of activities. Roxanne Miles with Edwards Jones sponsored several games including a Marshmallow Toss with Ricky and Kale coming out victorious, Tallest Tower with Spencer, Saber and Brooks building the tallest tower and Longest Standing Tower with Kavieta, Angali and Brooks building the one that stood the longest. Domain Pest Control hosted a water balloon toss where Katie and Lewis came out on top winning free pest service! In the kids zone, there was a Hula Hoop contest, Bounce in the Bucket game and chalk painting to enjoy.
