Happy Hour & Game Night, February 10, 2020

On Friday evening, over 100 residents gathered to officially toast goodbye to the workweek. It was a great opportunity for everyone to mingle, sample tasty adult beverages and catch up with their Nabrs!

There were two refreshing handcrafted Texas cocktails to enjoy along with a Texas Craft Beer Tasting featuring four local breweries. Spread out on the serving bar were scrumptious Chick-fil-A appetizers that were quickly gobbled up.

Friendly competition was on display during the NabrHood Game Night. After a strategic game, Dan defeated Mel in the championship round of checkers crowning him the "King". Nabrs then broke into teams to compete in Board Game Trivia. Team Forest Oaks Fockers took home the Championship but Team Izzy was right on their tail, losing by only one point. However, the real trivia star was Kylie with Team Kylie. Other games played were Rainbow Jumbling Tower, Guess Who?, Don't Break the Ice, Hot Potato and Roll the Dice.

We'd like to give special thanks to Melissa, as the New Social Committee Chair. It was a great way to round out the week and we look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday, March 7^th for some warm weather (hopefully!) and fun at the Concert in the Park. Until then….
