The residents of Lake Pointe gathered on a beautiful Saturday morning for some Easter fun! It was the perfect opportunity to celebrate the upcoming holiday, spend time with family and catch up with friends.
The guest of honor was none other than the Easter Bunny himself! With floppy ears, a cute button nose and a fluffy tail, kids were able to take pictures with him in front of a festive spring backdrop. For the main event, the much-anticipated Easter Egg Hunt, over 300 kiddos searched for colorful eggs and traded them in for goodie bags full of treats. Both kids and adults had a great time taking part in egg relay races, “hoppy bunny” sack races, and an epic egg toss contest. Kids had a wonderful time showing off their artistic sides as they took part in spin art and Easter egg decorating courtesy of The Art Garage. There was also a face painter who transformed kids into bunnies, butterflies and more! Rounding out the fun was Leslie’s Bunny Hop Dance Party where residents broke out their best dance moves. A big thank you to EJ Rathburn with Edward Jones for serving up juice boxes, water and goodie bags for all to enjoy.
