Christmas Magic, December 7, 2019

Over 125 residents gathered on a beautiful Saturday afternoon to welcome in the holiday season with their Nabrs, enjoy festive crafts and meet the guest of honor, Santa Claus.

There were a number of fun activities to participate in including writing thank you letters to leave with their milk and cookies for Santa, a cookie “baking” station where kiddos created festive cookies from Play-Doh, train rides around the park and a balloon artist who made balloons come to life! Residents had a great time creating their own unique cocoa concoctions with caramel, peppermint, cinnamon and sprinkles at the hot chocolate station and enjoying delicious holiday cookies. Nabrs, including a group of ladies with matching “Mama Claus” shirts, had the opportunity to take pictures with Santa in front of a festive backdrop and tell him what they hoped for under the tree this year.

It was a great way to get in the holiday spirit and we look forward to seeing everyone in the new year, until then…..
