4th of July Celebration, July 4, 2018

Recap

Thankfully the rain held off long enough for over 150 Nabrs to attend the Annual Oak Parke July 4th parade under sunny skies. Patriotism was in the air as adults, children and their furry friends celebrated the holiday-adorned in the red, white and blue!

The parade rolled into the Nabrhood led by a bright red fire truck driven by Captain Poole with the Manchaca Fire Department followed by a stream of Radio Flyers, bikes and families waving American flags with Constable Sosa rounding out the parade.

It was a great event that brought to life what makes being an American so special, families coming together to enjoy the company of their Nabrhood. Even when the parade was over, the fun wasn’t. Families strolled over to the park where kids played and adults enjoyed connecting with friends, old and new alike.

Thanks again for coming out.  We look forward to seeing everyone at the Dive-In Movie on Sept. 2nd.

In the meantime just remember to ….

Do Good. Be Happy. And say Hello to your Nabr. 🙂
