While it was rainy leading up to the event, the weather didn’t dampen the holiday spirit of the Oak Parke residents! Even though it was still a bit muddy and wet, over 150 Nabrs gathered at the park for some Easter fun. It was the perfect opportunity to celebrate the upcoming holiday, spend time with family and catch up with friends.
The guest of honor was none other than the Easter Bunny himself! With floppy ears, a cute button nose and a fluffy tail, kids were able to take pictures with him in front of a festive spring backdrop. For the main event, the much-anticipated Easter Egg Hunt, kiddos searched for eggs according to their age group and traded them in for goodie bags full of treats. In between the Easter Egg Hunts, kids had a hoppin’ good time at Leo’s Easter Bunny Dance Party with adults taking part in the fun too! It was wonderful to see everyone reconnecting with old friends and making new ones.
