The residents of Red Oaks gathered at the amenity center for the annual Oakstoberfest on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. There was something for everyone including live music, fun activities, tasty food and drinks, and most importantly great company. It was the perfect way to round out the weekend!
The Austin Polka Band set the perfect backdrop for an afternoon full of fun and celebration. Residents caught up with the Nabrs over a craft beer tasting featuring refreshing German beers. Kids had a wonderful time in Leo’s Kids Zone where they jumped around in a bounce house, slid down a giant slide, competed in potato sack races and took part in games such as Bounce in the Bucket, candy corn cone toss and the floor is lava. Adults got in on the action as well with corn hole and the crowd favorite, the stopwatch game where the winners walked away with a free tour and tasting at Dripping Springs Vodka.
For those who worked up an appetite, ATX KnightfFire BBQ was on hand serving up their delicious food along with tasty treats from Frios Pops which helped keep everyone cool. Thank you to everyone who came out to make this event so much fun, we enjoy seeing you and your families each year and look forward to seeing ya'll on Saturday, December 2nd for Christmas with Santa.
