On a warm fall Texas evening, the residents of Riverside Meadows gathered together to take part in their NabrHood’s National Night Out celebration. There was food and drink, fun and festivities along with community and connection!
There was delicious food from local favorite, P. Terry’s, tasty pizza and cold drinks for all to enjoy. Adults sipped on refreshing craft beers courtesy of Family Business Beer Co. as they caught up with their Nabrs under the shade tents. Kids had a great time chasing bubbles, showing off their Hula Hoop skills and creating fun chalk art displays. Of course no event is complete without Leo’s famous dance party which had everyone on their feet! The featured game, and the one that got the most laughs, was the Elephant Trunk Relay Race where adults had a great time harnessing their inner child.
Thank you to the Austin-Travis County first responders, including the EMS, Sheriff Department, Firefighters and Constable, for attending and taking the time to meet & greet with the residents and to Renewal by Andersen for supporting their local community.
