Despite the temps hovering around 100 degrees on a sunny Sunday afternoon, residents still came out to have some football fun at Rocky Creek’s Tailgate Party! There were backyard games to take part in, tasty brews to try and most importantly the opportunity to catch up with Nabrs.
With bubbles, and hot hits, filling the air, kids had a wonderful time playing all types of games including Chunkin’ Chicken, Acorn Bowling, Ring Toss and Musical Chairs. Of course there were plenty of football activities for residents to show off their athletic prowess at such as One Handed Catch, Drop In The Bucket Team Challenge and the Agility Drill. Adults enjoyed catching up with friends in the shade over refreshing craft beer courtesy of Family Business Beer Co. and showing off their cornhole skills in Renewal by Andersen’s Cornhole Challenge. The afternoon culminated in Leo’s Famous Dance Along Party where everyone got to show off their dance moves!
