Fall Festival, November 2, 2018

Recap

Friday’s Fall Fest was all about fun, friends and having a good time! Residents came out to connect with their Nabrs and relax on a crisp autumn evening.

Adults and kids could be found engaging in some friendly NabrHood competition in games such as ladder golf, corn hole, ring toss and drop ball. There was an intense  battle of tug of war being played in the grass courtesy of Renewal by Andersen. Afterwards, everyone gathered around the playground, where kids played and adult caught up with their Nabrs. Not to forget our furry friends, Manchaca Vet handed out dog Frisbees so they could partake in the fun too!

Adelbert’s Brewery provided free fall brews to sample and for those who came with an appetite, Shishman Kebap was on hand to enjoy. As the sun began to set, the lights twinkled on setting the stage for a dance party full of the classics including “YMCA”, “Macarena” and “Cha Cha Slide”. Kids and adults were lighting up the dance floor showing off their dancing skills.

It was a wonderful way to kick off the weekend with Nabrs connecting with old friends and making new ones! We look forward to seeing everyone at future events, until then…..

Do Good. Be Happy. And say Hello to your Nabr. 🙂
