Strong winds weren’t going to keep residents from enjoying some Easter fun in the park on Saturday afternoon! Even with less than ideal weather, everyone had a great time celebrating the upcoming holiday, spending time with family and catching up with friends.
The guest of honor was none other than the Easter Bunny himself! With floppy ears, a cute button nose and a fluffy tail, kids were able to take pictures with him in a patch of bluebonnets. For the main event, the much-anticipated Easter Egg Hunt, over 85 kiddos collected eggs and traded them in for goodie bags full of treats. The fun continued with potato sack races, egg toss and an interactive dance party led by Will and Hannah.
