Christmas Magic, December 11, 2019

With a chill in the air, it finally feels like Christmas is near! Over 100 residents gathered to celebrate the holiday season with their Nabrs, enjoy festive crafts and take pictures with the guest of honor, Santa Claus.

Kids had fun at the “baking” station where they selected their favorite holiday shaped cookie cutter and created festive cookies from Play-Doh. Residents had a great time making their own unique cocoa concoctions with caramel, peppermint, cinnamon, and sprinkles at the hot chocolate station along with enjoying tasty holiday cookies. Inside, Santa sat by the fireplace and took pictures with residents as they told him what they hoped for under the tree this year. Some of the children even got in on the action by assisting Santa’s elf with taking pictures!

It was a great way to get in the holiday spirit and we look forward to seeing everyone in the new year, until then…….
