National Night Out, August 7, 2019

Recap

75 residents gathered at Pinnacle Park to take part in the National Night Out event on a warm Wednesday evening. It was a night full of fun, food, family and friends!

The special guests of the evening were first responders from the Georgetown Fire Department. Firefighters were on hand throughout the evening to meet and greet with the residents, give tours of their fire engine and even joined in on a game of sport pong. The real star of the show was their friendly fire fighting pooch that stole everyone’s hearts.

The excitement didn’t stop there! There was a face painter courtesy of Renewal by Andersen and live music by Jennifer B & The Groove. For those who had worked up an appetite Evil Weiner was serving up delicious hot dogs for purchase and adults could be found sipping on refreshing microbrews provided by Rentsch Brewery (shout out to the owner John who came out to join in on the fun!) with everyone enjoying sparkling flavored kombucha. It was a great evening of residents catching up with Nabrs and making new friends.

Thank you to all who came out to make it a fantastic evening! We look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday, October 12th for Fall Fest, until then…..

Do Good. Be Happy. And say Hello to your Nabr. 🙂
