Over 250 residents of Village at Western Oaks gathered on a beautiful Wednesday evening for a night full of music, food, fun and most importantly great company. With picture perfect weather and great energy, it was a fantastic way to break up the week!
For live music fans, local band, the Blevins, set the tone with their signature sound as bubbles filled the air. Kids had a great time in the Kids Zone where they took part in fun activities such as relay races, a scavenger hunt, giant parachute, toe sack races and a water balloon toss. Adults enjoyed catching up with their Nabrs over a Texas craft beer tasting featuring delicious beers courtesy of Family Business Brewing and refreshing tea provided by Tanglewood Nutrition. ATX Fire was on hand serving up their delicious food along with Good Times Ice Cream, an Austin area favorite. The fun concluded with Leo and Lesley’s Famous Dance Party which had everyone on their feet!
A huge thank you to Baylor, Scott & White for sponsoring the event and bringing together the community and to the Board for taking the time to visit with residents. We look forward to seeing everyone at future events, until then……
