Christmas Magic, December 14, 2019

Over 200 residents gathered on a beautiful Saturday afternoon to celebrate the holiday season with their Nabrs, enjoy festive crafts and meet the guest of honor, Santa Claus.

There were so many fun activities to take part in including train rides with conductor John, face painting by Maria who created amazing Christmas designs such as The Grinch, reindeer and gingerbread men and a sweet treat contest with Glenda taking first place and Presley placing second! There was also an arts and crafts station where kiddos “baked” Christmas cookies from Play-Doh, wrote thank you letters to Santa and colored ornaments. Residents had a great time creating their own unique cocoa concoctions with caramel, peppermint, cinnamon and sprinkles at the hot chocolate station while enjoying delicious holiday cookies. In front of a festive backdrop, Nabrs took pictures with Santa while letting him know what they hoped for under the tree this year. A big thank you to the HOA for providing stuffed Christmas characters for the kiddos after they met with Santa!

It was a great way to get in the holiday spirit and we look forward to seeing everyone in the new year, until then…..
