4th of July Celebration, July 3, 2019

Recap

Over 150 residents came out to celebrate Independence Day on a hot and sunny Wednesday afternoon!

A bicycle parade, led by the Travis County Sheriff Department, kicked off the festivities. Bikes were decked out in red, white and blue, participants rocked the stars and stripes from their shirts to their socks and American flags were proudly waving. Patriotism was definitely in the air!

Once the parade concluded, everyone headed back to the pool to continue the fun. With July 4th themed music playing in the background, Nabrs enjoyed free pizza by Craig O’s, tasty snow cones provided by The Dalby Home Team and refreshing cold drinks. There were also Two Wheel Brewery microbrews for adults to enjoy served up by Whitney Newton. A big thank you to The Dalby Home Team as they raffled off 2 gift cards and Zao Church for handing out stickers to the kiddos. As temps heated up, residents could be found taking a dip in the pool and enjoying the shade while catching up with Nabrs.

It was a wonderful day that brought to light what community is all about and we look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday, August 17th for the Back to School Party. Until then….

Do Good. Be Happy. And say Hello to your Nabr. 🙂
