Around 100 residents gathered at the pool on Tuesday to celebrate the July 4th holiday by playing fun games, listening to patriotic music and most importantly catching up with their Nabrs. It was the perfect way to spend the long holiday weekend in the West Cypress Hills NabrHood!
With upbeat music and bubbles filling the air, the stage was set for fun. Kiddos had a great time taking part in fun pool activities including relay races, a Hula Hoop challenge and Leo's Famous Dancin’ on the Water dance party. The hit of the event were the watermelon and pie eating contests where both kids and adults put their eating skills to the test! To beat the 100+ degree temps, Energy One served up cold treats for all to enjoy and adults sipped on refreshing craft beer courtesy of Family Business Beer Co. A big thank you to the local sheriff’s department for coming out for a meet and greet with residents. We appreciate everyone who came out to make this event such a blast!
