Christmas Magic, December 14, 2019

Over 300 residents gathered on a beautiful Saturday afternoon to celebrate the holiday season with their Nabrs, enjoy festive crafts and take pictures with the guest of honor, Santa Claus.

With holiday hits playing, kids had the opportunity to write thank you letters to leave with their milk and cookies for Santa, “bake” holiday cookies from Play-Doh and color elf and Santa masks. Residents had a great time creating their own unique hot chocolate concoctions with caramel, peppermint, cinnamon and sprinkles while enjoying tasty cookies. A big thank you to The Emergency Center for giving away cupcakes and goodie bags to all residents! In front of a fireplace with stockings hung with care, Santa took pictures with Nabrs while listening to what they hoped to find under the tree on Christmas morning. He also gave each child a cute little stuffed elf as a gift. It was a great way to get in the holiday spirit!
