Recap

The residents of the Dove Crossing NabrHood came out on a beautiful Tuesday evening for their annual National Night Out event. There was something for everyone including live music, fun activities, tasty food and drinks, and most importantly great company. It was the perfect way to break up the work week!

The Anders Drerup Band kept the energy high with their signature Americana sound, blending blues, country and rock & roll. Residents could be found relaxing and catching up with their Nabrs over handcrafted cocktails in the “made in the shade” area. Kids had a great time playing games such as the floor is lava, pumpkin toss, school bus race in which Tegan and Fiona took top billing along with relay races where Dominic and Carson took first place in the team relay and Carson came in first in the individual competition. The crowd favorite was the stopwatch game where Emma was having the best luck of the night!

For those who worked up an appetite, Luna’s BBQ & More food truck was serving up delicious BBQ. A big thank you to our business partners, Babysitting Connection, for providing fun activities for all of the kiddos and New Braunfels Utility for handing out faucet covers and fans along with the New Braunfels Police Department for holding a meet and greet with residents. We appreciate everyone who came out to make this event so much fun!

We look forward to seeing on Wednesday, December 13th  for the Christmas Parade, until then…..

Do Good. Be Happy. And say Hello to your Nabr. 🙂
