Pool Party, July 15, 2018

Highland Grove NabrHood knows how to end the weekend right, with a relaxing fun filled pool day! With the temperature nearing 100 degrees, the cool refreshing water was just the place to be.

Around 50 Nabrs came out on Sunday, some lounging in and around the pool while others could be found flexing their competitive muscles. Kids and adults partnered up in a water balloon toss, kids competed in a hula-hoop contest and tried to hit the mark in pool ring toss. The games culminated in a pool relay race with everyone enthusiastically cheering on the swimmers. It was a wonderful illustration of community and what being a NabrHood is all about!

To round out the day, a good-natured water balloon fight took place amongst Nabrs with laughter filling the air. It was the perfect ending to a hot Texas summer day!
