Saturday was the first day of December but the Texas weather didn’t get the memo! With temps in the high 70s, it was the perfect quick getaway for Santa before his busy season began. He and his helpful elf decided the ideal place to visit would be by the pool in the Kinder Ranch NabrHood which is where over 50 residents found him Saturday afternoon.
With holiday classics being played in the background, families came out to take Christmas pictures with Mr. Claus with some even bringing their dogs to get in on the fun! After taking pictures in front of a winter wonderland backdrop, kids got to decorate jingle bells, color Christmas pictures and write letters to Santa for him to read when he got back to the North Pole. Everyone enjoyed making tasty hot cocoa concoctions at the hot chocolate bar with flavorful mix-ins like marshmallows, cinnamon and caramel syrup.
It was a wonderful afternoon full of holiday spirit and community connection! We look forward to future events in the New Year, until then…..
