Christmas with Santa, December 2, 2018

As the sun set on the evening and the weekend, over 300 residents came together to kick off the Christmas season. D Jammer spun the perfect holiday playlist that had everyone singing along and getting into the holiday spirit!

Kids had a great time at the craft station where they wrote letters to Santa, created beaded candy canes and decorated jingle bells that they were able to take home. Of course a Christmas celebration wouldn’t be complete without the big man himself, Santa Claus! With the assistance of his helpful elf, he was able to meet all the kiddos and their families, taking pictures with everyone and making sure they left with a smile on their face and a candy cane in their hand.

The hot chocolate bar was a popular place to be with residents gathering to create the perfect hot chocolate. To spice up the drinks there were mix-ins to create the perfect mug of cocoa including marshmallows, cinnamon and caramel syrup. Festively decorated holiday cookies and delicious powdered donuts were available for all to enjoy!

Thanks to everyone who came out to connect with their Nabrs and start the holiday season off right! We can’t wait to see everyone at future events in the New Year, until then…..
