Over 200 residents came out to enjoy the final installment of Lookout Canyon’s Summer Concert Series! The evening had something for everyone – live music, tasty food, fun games and most importantly great company.
It was a picture perfect summer evening with a beautiful blue sky, puffy white clouds and the sun shining. The band, Blevins, provided a rockin’ backdrop, playing hot hits from James Brown to Led Zeppelin to John Mayer which had everyone on their feet. Kids had fun participating in potato sack races, jumping around in the bounce house and competing in games in the Kids Zone while adults took part in an intense corn hole contest with gift cards on the line. Speaking of gift cards, over a dozen gift cards were raffled off to residents!
For those who worked up an appetite, there were tasty food trucks on hand serving up delectable Mexican fare, delicious pizza and refreshing snow cones. It truly was a fun filled evening and we thank everyone who came out to make this event such a success. We look forward to seeing ya’ll on August 28th for the End of Summer Pool Party!
