Over 100 residents gathered at the park to ring in the fall season at Santa Fe Trails’ Fall Fest. The event had something for everyone from live music to delicious food to fun games. It was a wonderful way to spend a beautiful Saturday afternoon!
The Chris Cuevas Band provided the perfect backdrop of music as residents caught up with their Nabrs under the shade. While the calendar stated it was fall, the temps were still toasty which made the refreshing craft brews from local favorite, Freetail Brewing, perfect to enjoy on a sunny afternoon. Kids had a wonderful time in the Kids Zone jumping competing in the Drop in the Bag Challenge, taking part in a Butterfly Catch, teaming up in relay races, chasing bubbles and creating chalk art.
For those who worked up an appetite, El Buen Sason food truck was serving up their tasty tacos and quesadillas along with Wizards Sno-Cones who had kept everyone cool with their refreshing snow cones. The event concluded with a dance party where everyone had the opportunity to show off their amazing dance moves. Thank you to everyone who came out to make this event such a blast!
