100 residents of The Crossvine NabrHood gathered at the pool on Friday evening to try and beat the heat. Both kids and adults stayed cool in the sparkling waters of the pool while playing fun games and catching up with Nabrs, it was the perfect way to kick off the weekend!
With hot hits playing in the background and bubbles filling the air, kiddos had a great time taking part in pool activities such as sharks & minnows, noodle relay races and the crowd favorite, ring toss. There were fun icebreakers for residents to partake in including summertime trivia. Fittingly Team Summer came in first, laying claim to the title of trivia tramps! For those who worked up an appetite, Suni Blingz food truck was on hand serving up their delicious fare and Kars Shaved Ice kept everyone cool with refreshing cold treats. The hit of the event was the epic water balloon toss which had both kids and adults getting in on the action. A big thank you to Lorrie, the Lifestyle Director, for attending the event and making sure everyone was having a wonderful time!
