Concert in the Park, February 2, 2019

Recap

Over 150 residents came out to enjoy a relaxing Saturday afternoon listening to great music, competing in fun games and catching up with their Nabrs. While there were rain clouds looming, the wet weather managed to hold off during the first Concert in the Park of the new year!

The Chris Castaneda Project set the tone for a good time with their eclectic mix of blues, jazz, hip-hop and rock. Kids even had the opportunity to jam with the band! On top of listening to live music, kids could be found competing in games of “Rock, Paper, Scissors”, showing off their speed in relay races and running around on the playground while adults caught up with their Nabrs over refreshing drinks and snacks.

It was a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon and we look forward to seeing everyone on March 2nd for some Spring Fling and Backyard Olympiks fun! Until then...

Do Good. Be Happy. And say Hello to your Nabr. 🙂
