125 residents gathered at the pool on a hot afternoon to say goodbye to the school year and hello to summer. It was the perfect way to spend a Saturday - playing pool games, enjoying tasty treats and catching up with Nabrs!
With hot hits being played, the tone was set for a good time. Kids took part in fun activities including a Hula Hoop contest, a Surfs Up Relay Race and the Odell Beckham Football Challenge. There was also a “Show Off Your Jump” contest where kids shared what they were most looking forward to this summer followed by them showing off their coolest jump. Adults could be found relaxing poolside catching up with old friends and making new ones.
Everyone cooled down with refreshing popsicles and cold drinks handed out by ABC Home & Commercial Services. The fun concluded with a “Name That Artist” game, throwback edition, where kids tried to guess the artists of past summer hits including Californication, Billie Jean and All-Star. It was a challenging game for the kids and a trip down memory lane for the adults!
